What is Community Assist?
Helping our local Wyndham community.

Community Assist is an outreach program of The Bridge, supported by Werribee Baptist Church, helping locals in the Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Point Cook and Wyndham districts. The program aims to provide food hampers and other essential household supplies to help and guide those who may be struggling to a place of independence and hope.

It also provides people with linking information to other community organisations that offer assistance with housing, finance, health and social services.
